How to Cancel a Service

We are sad to see you go! If you no longer need your service, you can request a cancellation directly from the Client Area.

Steps to Cancel

  1. Log in to the Client Area.
  2. Go to Services > My Services.
  3. Click on the service you wish to cancel.
  4. In the Actions menu, click Request Cancellation.
  5. Reason: (Optional) Briefly explain why you are leaving. We value your feedback!
  6. Cancellation Type:
    • Immediate: The server will be terminated shortly (usually within 24 hours). All data will be permanently deleted.
    • End of Billing Period: The server will remain active until your prepaid time runs out. It will then be terminated on the renewal date.
WARNING
Data Deletion is Permanent. Once a cancellation request is processed and the server is terminated, all files, databases, and backups associated with that service are destroyed. Please ensure you have downloaded a local backup of any data you wish to keep before requesting cancellation.

Refund Policy

You have a 48-hour refund window after the first invoice of the service is paid. Please review our Terms of Service for the exact terms regarding refunds. To request a refund, please open a support ticket via the Client Area.
